This unlocks several opportunities to join groups of lords for battles spanning hundreds of soldiers. Find a lord for a kingdom you're interested in, and ask them a question about joining.
Once you've completed the first quest to Rebuild Your Clan, you can become a mercenary for a kingdom.
Smithing requires stamina that you can use across each of your companions by changing them at the bottom left corner of the Smithy. Items worth 50 denars are sometimes worth a couple of hundred when smelted. Smelting requires Charcoal, which is made from refining Hardwood. Every major town has a Smithy where you can smelt weapons for their materials and sell those at a more expensive price. Smithing is an easy mechanic to miss because the tutorial doesn't tell you anything about it. Prisoners can be sold to taverns for extra money too. 80 Looters can give 2,000 denars before selling looted items. 
Once you defeat a group of Looters, you'll get a chunk of denars from winning alongside weapons and armor you can sell. Looters are among the easier enemies to fight in Bannerlord and provide a hefty amount of money too.
Caravans are a daily source of income that costs 15,000 denars and a compaion to create. Villagers and caravans will also sell items they have. Certain regions have more abundant resources. You want to purchase green Trade Goods in the buy column, and sell Trade Goods marked as red in your inventory. Whereas if it's red in the buy column, it's expensive. If the price is green in the buy column on the left, it's cheap. There's a new mechanic in Bannerlord that lets you compare a Trade Good's price to the realm's average. Similar to past Mount & Blade games, you make a lot of money by purchasing cheap items at one town or village and selling them elsewhere for a profit. If the life of a trader sounds appealing, this tip is especially for you. Also, Family Feud is a short distance quest that often provides close to 2,000 denars for persuading an NPC or winning a duel. Quests for delivering herds are usually a short distance and give around 400 to 600 denars (the in-game currency). Try to visit nearby villages and find quests that focus on delivering herds or one named, Family Feud. 
When you're first starting out in Bannerlord, one of the best ways to make fast money is by completing village quests.
